Databarracks is going on the road…

Databarracks is hitting the road in June, bringing our regional roadshows to cities across the UK.

Our 6 events will take place over 3 weeks, in 3 different cities - Bristol, London and Manchester - and will be host to an exciting range of guests and speakers from the Legal, IT and Third sectors.

Bristol and Manchester will be host to our forum 'Security and Governance in the Legal Cloud', a chance for Legal IT professionals to share insight, strategy and experience of the maturing role of cloud computing in leading law firms.

The legal events will feature Frank Jennings, (Chair of the Code Governance Board at the Cloud Industry Forum and Cloud Lawyer at DMH Stallard LLP) surveying the landscape of cloud computing trends in the legal sector today.

London will be home to our first charity roundtable event, 'Getting Ahead in the Charity Cloud', helping charities and NGOs kick-start their journey towards cloud computing through a series of presentations and discussions led by a range of experts from the industry.

The event will be a chance for charity professionals to share experiences and concerns of cloud computing with peers in an interactive way, as well as debating best practice for adopting the right cloud services at the right time.

In all 3 cities we will also be holding events for our Channel Partners, sharing thoughts and ideas on 'How to Sell Cloud Services'. Simon Quicke from Microscope magazine will be chairing these events, leading the discussions and presentations on how to position cloud services in the channel today.

We are looking forward to getting out on the road - both meeting new faces and catching up with some old ones.  If you are free when we're in town, make sure you do come along.
