We are delighted to announce our listing on Lasa's Suppliers Directory of services to the third sector.

The directory is a free tool designed for public sector professionals to find products and services from organisations that have been carefully vetted and acknowledged as reputable suppliers to the third sector.

Lasa aims to create a fairer, stronger and more efficient third sector, by providing trusted advice and promoting new approaches towards the use of technology within organisations. Cloud services are a fairly new concept for charities so we are supportive of this effort in building collaboration and trust between organisations and cloud service providers. Lasa helps suppliers to better understand the needs of the public sector, so in turn we can better tailor our services to meet those needs.

The application process is a stringent one; with multiple references required from our public sector customers to prove the professionalism and quality of the services we provide. Approved suppliers can then be searched for by technology, service, region, or keyword. Listings are continually monitored for inaccuracies and for quality of service, with feedback form users taken very seriously.

We hope that by providing this guidance and best practice, the air of mystery and confusion around cloud services can be dispelled, and it can become obvious how accessible and useful the services on offer really are.
