Visit us at Cloud World Forum on stand 2050

Cloud world ForumOn the 26th and 27th of June, we are exhibiting at the Cloud World Forum 2013 at The National Hall in Olympia, London.

With over 5000 attendees, 200 speakers and 150 exhibitors, the 2-day event promises to be a great opportunity for IT professionals to engage with some of the world's leading experts and solution providers. Databarracks' Solutions Architect, Mark Thomas, will be joining a panel discussion on the 27th in the Strategy Theatre, entitled 'How to Protect Sensitive Data in the Most Sensitive of Clouds'. Along with fellow panellists from Ovum, Shelter and the National Union of Teachers, Mark will be examining why some public sector bodies have embraced cloud, whilst others are still very hesitant to do so.

We will also be releasing our latest benchmarking paper at the event, which details figures on how Databarracks delivers guaranteed I/O performance in a multi-tenant public cloud, where others fail to do so. Most public clouds fall short when it comes to delivering a consistent and predictable level of performance, whereas by providing guaranteed provisioned IOPS for each virtual machine (VM), Databarracks users are immune to the effects of storage access by any other users in the system, otherwise known as the 'Noisy Neighbour' effect.

If you're attending the event, make sure you come and visit us on stand 2050 to test your nerve against our "Noisy Neighbour" game, for a chance to win an exclusive prize. The top 5 scores on our leader board at the end of the 2 days will take home one of the following:

  • Sonos sound system,
  • Bose ® IE2 Audio Headphones
  • Silverlit Sky Eye Helicopter with Real Time Video
  • Sony LiveView Touch Generation 2 SmartWatch
  • Fitbit One Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker

So, for your chance to win one of our top prizes, stop by the stand and prove how calm you can stay under pressure!
